🐇 Have you noticed the White Rabbit appearing lately?

I’ve included the rabbit in July‘s energy report it represents that moment when life invites us to look beyond the obvious… to question our perceptions, trust our intuition, and step into a deeper understanding of ourselves.

As we move through July, I feel we’re being called to explore the “rabbit hole” of consciousness—not to escape reality, but to expand it.

Perhaps the greatest lesson isn’t choosing between light and shadow, good or bad, but discovering the wisdom that emerges when both are held in balance.

Sometimes the path to awakening begins with a single question:

What if there’s more to this than I can currently see?

✨ Friday evening reminded me just how powerful sound can be. ✨

I experienced a beautiful sound healing with crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, and with every vibration it felt as though I wasn’t becoming someone new—I was simply remembering a state my body had forgotten.

In meditation, I saw myself in a flowing white dress walking into a forest pool, immersing myself in the water as if being baptised through frequency and light. Alongside me appeared the familiar golden dragon energy I know as Sofia, together with the quiet presence of the black cat guardians, holding sacred space and reminding me of timeless wisdom.

Later, I felt called to the land itself. I took my drum into a local field beneath the crescent Moon, surrounded by trees at sunset, and allowed the rhythm and light language to flow freely.

Looking up, the alignment of Venus, Jupiter and Mercury seemed to mirror the harmony I was feeling within. Memories, symbols and sensations arose—horses, an ancient grandmother energy, and a deep reverence for the land and those who walked before us.

With Father’s Day and the Summer Solstice arriving together, this weekend has felt like a beautiful invitation to reflect, remember our roots, and reconnect with the melody of our own soul.

Sometimes healing isn’t about becoming more. It’s about remembering who we’ve always been. 🌙🐉🥁✨
