This year, I’m taking on a 30-mile sponsored run as part of the Kent Charity Trek 2025, raising money for the incredible Kenward Trust – and I need your support!

💙 Kenward Trust provides life-changing support to individuals overcoming addiction, and they’re also doing vital early intervention work with children in schools, educating young people about the dangers of drugs and alcohol before problems begin.
