Fantastic to finally get a site start on this scheme which we started work on in 2021 for EQUANS and is now being built out by HMS for Torus.

Work starts on £25.5m Winsford resi - Place North West Torus Developments and Cheshire West and Chester Council will have delivered nearly 100 homes on the site of the now-demolished Phoenix House and Weaver Street depot when the project completes in mid-2029.
