Customer came to us after having his car repaired from another garage (names not mentioned to protect the innocent & because we’re good like that 😊)
The repair done was appalling to say the least. Aluminium body repair can be extremely difficult & we give them that, but this was another level repair that even our apprentice would have done better.
We don’t like to take jobs on like this but we don’t like to turn a distressed customer away.
After a good weeks hard work we finished the vehicle in showroom condition, customer was extremely happy, even happier when we gave them the bill and it was less than they expected.
No job too small & we thrive on when the customer skips back to their vehicle & drives off in to the sunset.
