Today is National Stress Awareness day. Stress is an outside factor that affects our body and mind. These stresses could be physical, emotional or life changing events at home, in the community or at work.
We cannot remove stress from our life completely therefore we need to learn to manage it. Be aware of what stresses us, how it affects us and what we need to do to manage this.
If we don’t the effects can have long term consequences not only on our mental health but can also impact our physical health.
