We loved collaborating with on embroidery for her upcoming collection, inspired by the beauty of traditional needlework, particularly a vintage bag featuring cross stitch.
We recreated the look using machine embroidered cross stitch, finished with hand-beaded details to add texture and a subtle shimmer.
The result is a beautiful vintage-inspired design that brings together traditional inspiration with contemporary embroidery techniques.
A first look at our new Diploma ✨
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the five brand new creative units for our 2027 Diploma in Contemporary Hand Embroidery, launching this September.
First up, the Tambour Embroidery Module: Rhythmic Forms. Inspired by repetition, movement and pattern, this unit invites students to explore rhythm through stitch.
