Are your organisation’s After Action Reviews (AAR) systems based? Do your AARs feel compassionate and psychologically safe?
Being Human in Healthcare have developed the Systems After Action Review (SAAR) Model, to bring the AAR up to date and to better align it with PSIRF principles.
The SAAR combines three phase debrief theory with system thinking principles and the traditional AAR questions. We are very pleased to be able to share our approach within the June edition of The Ergonomist (CIEHF)
Let us know what you think!
Get in touch on [email protected] if you want to find out more about our SAAR and Swarm training packages.
