Well it’s been a week for the Catalyst Comms team😅

This is why we love working in comms. No day or week is the same, and every clients needs are different. You just have to be ready to adapt and thrive in the ever-changing landscape of comms.

Our client Arthur D. Little recently published its 9th Global Innovation Excellence Benchmark Report. The Report revealed that over the past 10 years, returns on and satisfaction with innovation have been in decline.

We therefore hosted a mini roundtable with Ben Thuriaux-Aleman, report author and Partner at Arthur D. Little; Professor Joe Tidd from the University of Sussex; Pavneet Mumick, Global Vice-President at Huntsman; and Roger Trapp, journalist at Forbes, to discuss why this is happening.

One of the key discussion points was that best practice was not being shared across companies. Ben said that “there is a real and demonstrable benefit from better management of innovation, the best companies see real impact on margins, revenues and time to impact of their new products and services.”
