Beyond impressed!!!
Like many highly successful businessmen, rafal was short on time and focused on results.
He came to PTLDN with a problem, how could he improve his physique without detracting from a demanding job, he simply didn't have enough time to give up.
The solution was to allow PTLDN to manage his routine and diet, we stripped away any unnecessary exercises and progressed the essential muscle building movements! This was coupled with a simple to implement calorie balanced diet.

Coach with passion...
One of my biggest goals when setting up my personal training business was to bring the passion I have from the positive life changing effect of exercise to every client and every session.
Sharing the wealth of knowledge I have little by little, session by session creates a compound effect in their knowledge which optimises their lifestyle habits and more importantly wellbeing and results.
If you're going to do anything, do it with passion and honesty....

Surround yourself with great and positive people.
I feel absolutely blessed that chose to train with PTLDN.
In no particular order, she has been one of the main reasons a 5am alarm is enjoyable, starting my day with such a determined, dedicated and (she may disagree) fun person sets me up for an incredible day.
Her passion for training and adherence to our agreed plans have been a pleasure to work on and I'm incredibly proud of how she's adapted and managed the variable with her success career and busy lifestyle.
I couldn't be more thrilled with the training sessions and progress she has made, strength 🆙 body fat ⬇️ lifestyle habits 📈.
Overall a wonderful human being who I've been privileged to work with for 18 months!
