Books can reach us invaluable lessons about ourselves and the life around us.📚

When it comes to crystals, I’d recommend “Crystals for Beginners (A guide to get started with the healing power of crystals)” by Karen Frazier.

I like this one becuase it sets things out in colours, ie chakras, recommends crystals “we should all have” and then lists all others in alphabetical order. It also dives into how to use various crystals together.

In addition to this book, I’d suggest reading anything that grabs your attention. Be open and listen to what your energy draws your towards.

The more we learn, the more we know. The more we know, the more we can do.
