In just our first two months, our Digital Inclusion Centre has been buzzing! Alongside supporting British citizens and newly naturalised Britons, we’ve also had the privilege of helping people from all around the world with their online applications and digital challenges.

Our visitors have roots in Poland, Italy, Romania, Greece, Spain, Albania, Afghanistan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Cameroon, India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Ecuador, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Colombia, Venezuela and Ukraine. 🌍💛

🌟 Our First 15 Days at the Digital Inclusion Centres!

It’s been just two weeks since we opened our doors — and we’ve already achieved so much together! 💪

✅ Got the keys and prepared our offices to welcome up to 2–3 service users at a time.
✅ Completed Assisted Digital Support training – 4 new trainees ready to help!
✅ Attended a key networking meeting at the Polish Consulate.

📊 Our first 15 days in numbers:
👥 Over 20 visitors in person + 10+ supported remotely
💻 Used online platforms including NHS, GOV.UK, DWP, Universal Credit, and local councils (Ealing, Haringey, Enfield, Newham) for applications, claims, and reviews.
🧩 Supported with UKVI accounts, e-mails, app logins, ID checks, and form completion (both online and paper).
📞 Assisted and interpreted during LCWRA phone assessment.
📄 Helped write SAR requests, formal cover letters, and e-mails.
🎁 Received thoughtful thank-you gifts and best wishes from our community — thank you for your support! 💖
