British Chess Educational Trust Awards 2026 🏆

Nominations are now open for the BCET Awards 2026, administered by The Chess Trust.

Across the United Kingdom, junior schools, colleges and chess clubs are doing outstanding work to develop young players and strengthen chess in their communities. These awards recognise achievement, enthusiasm and sustained commitment to junior chess.

Award recipients receive an engraved board, wooden pieces and a digital clock in recognition of their work.

If you know a school or club that deserves to be recognised, we invite you to submit a detailed citation by 31 May 2026.
