Project Etopia
How will buying a Net Zero home benefit you?
By buying a Net Zero home not only will you ensure you aren’t contributing to greenhouse gas emissions, but you’ll also future-proof your home, ready for the latest renewable energy tech, avoiding expensive retrofits.
Some of these retrofits on old buildings can be as high as £30,000.
Also by using renewable energy combined with a high-performing building you can reduce your energy bills by up to £500 p/y VS a traditional home (based on EPC’s).
That’s £15,000 over a mortgage (of 30 years) Or 5.8% of the value of a UK average house (£256,000). *savings subject to homeowner usage.
Moreover, as homes are built smarter they will also work with all your new tech, such as Bose, Sonos, Yale and Ring.
This means smarter, greener more affordable homes that save the planet.

As revealed in the MailOnline we are very excited to announce a first of its kind partnership between Etopia Group and
Homes England, as we kick off with the delivery of 30 zero-carbon homes in Wilburton, East Cambridgeshire.
Last year we became the first housebuilder in the world to achieve both the Carbon Neutral International Standard and to join the United Nations Climate Neutral Now Initiative.
Commenting on the announcement, our Founder and CEO, said: 'Without technology like ours, the UK is not going to build 400,000 homes per year. We can build faster, and we can build greener.'
