It has been bought to our attention that at some US customs offices an appointment is required to process the carnet at your point of export from the USA , we would advise anyone travelling with a carnet to enquire if this will be required when you import the USA . Carnets Issued for both Russia and Mexico also require a translation of the list into either Russian or Mexican Spanish . We can arrange this for you and have the translation delivered with your carnet .
