An identity shaped by art, architecture and craftsmanship.
Every element of the One Palace Green brand was created to reflect the character and provenance of this remarkable Grade II* listed building.
A customised version of Ergon by Commercial Type brings a contemporary quality to the calligraphic forms associated with Arts and Crafts typography.
Greens, purples and metallic finishes draw on the setting of Kensington Palace Gardens and the richly detailed interiors.
We also commissioned artist Emily Robertson to create a series of bespoke watercolour illustrations depicting the property and its surroundings. Their material, hand-rendered quality reinforces the artisanal character at the heart of the project.
Alongside the identity, Greenspace delivered the destination strategy, teaser film direction, digital and printed brochures, floorplan collateral and a dedicated website, creating a complete brand world for a singular cultural and architectural offering.

A Modern Masterpiece.
Our positioning for One Palace Green presents the development not simply as a residence, but as a collectible work of art: a legacy acquisition shaped by rarity, provenance, craftsmanship and cultural value.
“Thinking about this property purely through its real estate value fails to capture its true significance. One Palace Green is not part of a property portfolio; its cultural relevance is that of a heritage collection.” Adrian Caddy, Founder and CEO, Greenspace
Inspired by the traditions of art collecting, we developed an identity system around the idea of “Collector’s Marks”, the monograms and ownership marks historically applied to artworks as they passed through important collections.
The One Palace Green logo brings together three bespoke marks referencing the Howard family, who commissioned the original property; Kensington Palace Gardens; and the building’s original makers, Philip Webb and William Morris.
A contemporary identity, with a clear connection to the stories held within the building.
