The To***co and V**es Bill is now officially the To***co and V**es Act 2026, and the rules around selling to***co and v**e products are changing fast.

From 1 January 2027, anyone born on or after 1 January 2009 will never be legally allowed to buy to***co. That means your staff, till systems and age-check procedures need to be ready. One mistake could mean failed test purchases, enforcement action, stock issues and serious damage to your business including fines & closures.

V**e retailers also need to prepare for Va**ng Products Duty, duty stamps, stricter compliance checks and possible future rules on flavours, packaging, display and licensing.
