We have had an absolute blast and learnt a huge amount from setting up, running and even closing down our agency - which we will no doubt blog about on LinkedIn! The intensity of running a small agency, working directly with other entrepreneurs, setting up systems from scratch and learning about new business, on top of delivering top notch creative work has been hard work but of the best most exhilarating kind. Our proudest moment was no doubt making our first hire with Ella Staines, making sure that a talented graduate like her didn’t lose heart during the pandemic when no one else was hiring, and got as much design experience as possible! She made it possible for us to ramp up this year even if we couldn’t quite take flight as we wanted to.
Laura will continue onwards as a freelance consultant, Lisa is looking to move back to agency life in London as a full time creative director. We wish you all the best with your brands and businesses, over and out.
