Last months' employee of the month is Iain Court, Management Consultant here at Tech Heads.
Iain showed great commitment, incredible tenacity and a positive can-do attitude in an economical climate that left most people spiraling in worry and despair. As usual he went over and above for his clients and job applicants to make everyone a winner in the process. He took on roles outside his usual comfort zone to help his clients fulfill DE&I requirements and helped people from diverse backgrounds and genders to increase their incomes and improve their work life balances.
Iain is a fantastic recruiter who truly cares about making a difference and adding value wherever he can. He has shown adaptability, drive and values that are aligned with Tech Heads' philosophy. Good day, pancake enthusiasts! Today is , a day to celebrate the delicious, fluffy, syrupy goodness that is the pancake. At the Tech Heads offices, we're celebrating in style by posing the age-old question: should pancakes be eaten with a fork or with your hands? 🙌
Now, some may argue that using a fork is the more sophisticated approach, especially in a professional setting. It keeps your hands clean and prevents syrup from getting all over your fingers, which is important if you're trying to impress your coworkers. But let's be real here: eating a pancake with a fork is like trying to eat a burger with a knife and fork. Sure, it may be less messy, but a lot less fun Tabea Wilhelm & Marina Martin?
On the other hand, there's the hand-eating approach. This is for the techies, the rebels, the ones who don't conform to societal norms when it comes to pancake consumption. It's a bold move, sure, but it's also the more primal way of enjoying pancakes. And who doesn't love feeling like a wild animal every once in a while Iain Court, Chris Paffett, Stephanie Borg & Neil Ray?
At Tech Heads, we're haven't been able to settle on one way over another. Some of us prefer the refined approach, while others are all about the hands-on experience. In the end, it all comes down to personal preference.
So let's raise a fork (or a hand) to National Pancake Day! May your pancakes be fluffy, your syrup be sweet, and your toppings be plentiful. And if you happen to be at Tech Heads today, join us in the great hands or fork debate. Who knows, maybe we'll come to a company-wide consensus on the matter.
