I really do love these delicate yellow roses. 💛
One of my first ever customers gave me 2 yellow rose bushes that weren’t doing too well in her garden so she asked if I’d like them.
I repotted them & added some banana skin as apparently they like that!
2 years on & they’re doing so well! 😊

Today on my way home from visiting one of my customers I had to take a slight diversion due to the usual road works but how lovely to come across these handsome chaps! Of course I had to stop to say hello!! 😊

This morning I was woken by a cuckoo just before sunrise! I’ve not heard a cuckoo for years so it was lovely to hear! 🎶
Followed by Mr Blackbird with his tuneful melody & then of course the song thrush ( which sounded like a phone ringing!) while the sparrows chatted in the hawthorn bush … they were having quite a debate about something or other! 😂
