Most of my cardio comes from playing football with friends on Sundays and training with my son during the week. But when I miss out on those, I make sure to schedule a few runs during the week to stay on track.

According to the NHS in England, it’s recommended to do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’ͺ
