Peterborough regatta saw the women’s 4+ bring home gold 🏆 Across the weekend we had several crews take to the 1k course and provide fierce competition! A great sign of things to come as crews now turn to the build up for Henley 💙 Thanks to for hosting another outstanding event.

Sending our lake boat and set of blades on their journey to Odesa today. Alongside boats from and we’re donating them to their new home with after their boathouse was destroyed and they are rebuilding their fleet 💙💛

Ray Cassidy Memorial Fund
Last week we said our final farewell to Ray Cassidy at his moving Memorial Mass in West Malling. A significant number of Curlew Alumni were in attendance to share their joyful stories of Coach Ray and pay tribute to his extraordinary contribution to the club. His Memorial Fund will close this Friday, 3 April to create a commemorative plaque for the Curlew clubhouse. The Vets Squad made us proud this weekend on the tideway for Vesta International Head of the River Race!

The Vet’s Coordinator, Jon Cole, said: “It was a big step-up from last year in speed, leading to a placing of 13th out of 20 for our age category and 71st overall. At just 10% off the winning age category time, this bodes well for success in the regatta season!”
