I have slathered my rye slice with the fava bean spread, dolloped the aubergine hummus, chopped some olives, cooked beetroot, salad, sun-dried tomato, feta and a little sprinkle of dried edible flowers - because I like pretty things, even food. Delicious, so satisfying and the spreads were a great find to truncate lunchtime prep.
