Shoulder pain isn’t always a shoulder problem.

One of the tests we use during an assessment is the Hawkins-Kennedy test. It helps us check whether the structures inside your shoulder are being compressed when you move.

It’s quick, simple, and gives us valuable information about why your shoulder might be hurting. 💡
