Life Lessons’ Lifestyle Lab at The Fore will host daily workshops to assist and support you to manage the everyday stresses of modern life.
Topics will include ‘Tired But Wired’ – how to switch off and aide sleep, ‘Tapping For Toxic Stress’ and a ‘Breathpod’ workshop by Stuart Sanderman. The theme at the Lifestyle Lab is to showcase brands with innovative technology and groundbreaking science with mini-taster experiences and one-to-one consultations.

Check out our In Good Company Stage line-up for day two of Life Lessons Festival.
We start by looking at 'The Self-Care Movement' with Adrienne Herbert, Roger Frampton, Stuart Sandeman hosted by Harry Jameson at 10-10.50am.
Next, Dr Alex George, Matthew Syed and Suzi Godson, will discuss 'Parenting in the Age of Anxiety hosted by Rosie Kinchen at 11.20 – 12.10am.
Patrick Hutchinson, Professor Nicola Rollock, Ryan Calais Cameron examine 'The Racial Code' hosted by Jordan Jarrett-Bryan at 12.40 – 1.30pm. '
'Trying' with Emma Barnett hosted by Helen Rumbelow is at 2-2.50pm.
'Get Changed, Rediscover Yourself through Beauty and Style' with Dija Ayodele, Kat Farmer hosted by Sarah Jossel follows at 3.20 – 4.10pm.
Whilst, 'Uncoupled Living' with Radhika Sanghani, Gemma Askham hosted by Daisy Buchannan is at 4.40 – 5.30pm.
Raven Smith, and Suzi Ruffell look at how to 'Ditch Shame, Find Peace' hosted by Chris Sweeney at 6-6.50pm.
Finally, 'Going Out with Daisy Buchanan and Friends' closes the night with Chris Sweeney and Natalie Lee joining Daisy for a light hearted look at flirting, dating and s*x at 7.20 – 8.10pm.
