Join Sharon every Saturday at 2:30pm for a class designed to build strength, improve mobility, and help you move with greater ease.

Through active stretching, mindful movement, and breathwork, you’ll explore your body’s full range of motion while developing a deeper understanding of how it functions as one connected system.

Drawing inspiration from yoga, movement practices, and athletics, Sharon brings a wealth of anatomical knowledge and a thoughtful approach to every class.

Celebrating Mo.Co. Men

As we continue Men’s Health Week, we want to take a moment to celebrate the men in our community and thank them for being such an important part of our studio.

Hear from a few of our regulars about wellbeing and how Pilates has benefited their day-to-day lives. Every story is different, but they all highlight the same thing: Pilates is absolutely not just for women.

As Kevin points out, Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates and was originally used to help soldiers recover from injury. Today, it continues to support people of all ages and abilities by improving strength, mobility, balance and overall wellbeing.

We hope these stories encourage more men to give Pilates a try and experience the benefits for themselves.

Runners Toolkit

We’re coming up to the end of our Running Workshop🏃‍♀️

If you’ve attended a previous one we’d love to see you again! And if you haven’t been to any but looking for a nice summary of all the knowledge this one will be great for that!

In the final session, we bring everything together—strength, mobility, stretch, breath, and movement. We want you to leave this session with practical tools to support a sustainable and enjoyable running. Feel confident with the running foundations you can bring to life as we recommend some of local routes where you and put your knowledge to practice.

Mo.Co.’s Stretch classes are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore from the busyness of daily life ✨

Our dynamic stretch classes focus on improving mobility through active stretching to build strength, control, and range of motion. Expect a fluid session designed to keep you warm and engaged. Rather than sitting in passive stretches, you’ll move with intention, using breath and purposeful movement to unlock tight muscles and lubricate joints.

With a variety of teachers leading each session, you’ll experience different styles and approaches while still moving through the same core Mo.Co. principles: intentional movement, non-stop flow, body awareness, and feeling deeply connected to your body.

These classes can help improve posture, reduce muscle soreness, increase flexibility, and build deeper body awareness, all while relieving stress and promoting relaxation.
