Although we are accustomed to celebrating Spring in March, Nature has its own rhythm. As daylight rises, there are signs of renewals everywhere.

Spring symbolises transformation and development, but change only blossoms in a place where fear and stuckness surrender to trust and circulation.

In the next Self Care and Wellness Class, we will: Acknowledge our emotions in relation to our body movements, Connect to our parasympathetic nervous system to relax, Promote free flow of energy throughout our body,
by rebalancing our Kidneys and Liver energies with Shiatsu Do-in and Self-Shiatsu exercises.

One step that makes a difference

Once, a young lady asked me: "How to deal with burnout?" That was the most challenging question I ever had to answer on the spot. She inspired me to expand on this subject in a series of articles.

This first article describes one step that makes a real difference in life. Time and space for oneself are essential. However, caught up in this endless emotional whirlwind, it is not always easy to implement it.
Often people experiencing burnout care about others but tend not to care about themselves. Therefore, kindness and patience with oneself help to stay on the path to recovery.

πŸ’— SELF-PROTECTION and RECEPTIVITY ✨

February marks the passage from an inward to an outward movement of energy.

Through breath, we readjust our boundaries with ourselves and our environment.
With our senses, we acknowledge our emotional responses to ourselves and our environment.

Tomorrow, in the Self Care & Wellness class, we will use Shiatsu Do and QiGong exercises to settle the energetic equilibrium between our Heart and Lungs.
