Yesterday we were up before sunrise to put these early birds through their paces with a multi stage fitness test.
Great effort all round! We looked at; the different levels required to join the emergency services and armed forces, how the result can be used to determine your VO2 max, and how this translates across various race distances - handy info for anyone targeting those PBs! 💪
