WE KNOW HIS NAME… AND HIS SCORES

Following an unforgettable evening of music, this was an opportunity to go beyond the notes and hear the stories behind them.

In conversation at the Royal College of Music, David Arnold offered insight into his working process, creative approach and the journey behind some of his most iconic scores.

As ever, David was a wonderful speaker. Warm, self-deprecating and effortlessly funny as always, his stories and anecdotes brought real depth and personality to the discussion. No matter how many times you may have heard him speak, there are always new insights to take away.

Following the event, David was incredibly generous with his time, meeting fans, signing autographs and posing for photos. With many 007GB members in attendance, it was wonderful to see such strong support. At the very end of the evening, a small group of us met with David privately outside the venue to congratulate him and take a photo together in front of the beautiful setting.

It was also a real pleasure to be joined on the front row by Chris Corbould OBE, Academy Award winner and our Bond and Beyond Lifetime Achievement recipient for 2025.

The evening did not end there. A number of us continued on into Soho for dinner, joined by acclaimed Bond author Ajay Chowdhury, for an evening of engaging Bond discussion and debate, rounding off what had already been a thoroughly memorable day.
