Today is a reminder that even the smallest act of kindness can make a lasting difference.
At ABTA LifeLine, we see every day just how powerful support can be:
🩷A food voucher that eases the pressure.
🩷A financial grant that helps someone buy a wheelchair, replace a boiler, or even pay their rent. 🩷Counselling support that provides that shoulder to lean on.
These acts don’t just solve a problem—they give someone hope during a difficult time.
But kindness isn’t always about giving. Sometimes it’s simply letting someone know you’re there when they need you most.
So, if you know someone who’s struggling right now, tell them about ABTA LifeLine. That small act of kindness might make a huge difference 🩷.

This January, ABTA LifeLine was there for individuals and families facing financial hardship. From providing bunk beds and food vouchers to covering essential energy costs and arranging specialist debt advice—we offered support when it was needed most.
One of those we helped was Daniel, who had to step away from work due to a life changing health issue. During an incredibly uncertain time, we were able to ease some of the pressure and offer reassurance.
If you’re struggling—whether the challenge feels big or small—you don’t have to face it alone.
