Next Friday 26 June, our amazing volunteer Loraine is running a Level 2 Food Hygiene workshop! This course is designed for anyone working in (or aiming to work in) food business. Learn about food safety and hygiene from a qualified food microbiologist with plenty of experience in the food inspection industry, all the way from handling food and registration to defending against a prosecution, and conclude the course with a recognised certification.
