LEICESTER ONE

The projects we work on vary, and over the past couple of years as well as our hospitality clients, we’ve worked on not one but three student accommodation projects - all in Leicester. The first to complete is Leicester One, centrally located on Granby St.

The property has undergone a multi-million-pound renovation as part of its transformation into 56 luxury student apartments.

The interiors were inspired by past and present-day life in Leicester. Featuring a rich and vibrant colour palette, with contemporary artworks and design-led furniture pieces, Leicester One caters for students who value comfort and want to immerse themselves in city life.

Clever space planning means each studio offers a wide range of private facilities. Each apartment features a kitchenette with combi microwave oven and fridge, a desk, SMART TV, bespoke case goods and King size bed featuring luxury eco Silent Night mattresses.

In the larger mezzanine apartments, the sleeping area is on a raised level allowing for a seating area below.

As well as the apartments, residents have access to luxury common areas, including a lounge, cinema, sound-proofed study area, kitchen, gaming area and laundry room.

Marketed by , all apartments were let ahead of opening and are fully occupied, with excellent feedback from residents.
