✨ Next Wednesday, four artists come together for an evening of performance and movement, exploring what it means to extend the self outward in the final Gushing to Perform event, IF I MAY, curated by PRIM.

Singer Nali, performers Sienna King and Sabrena Osei-Tutu, and creative Cash Nahuo each bring a distinct language to the ICA Stage. Their practices reveal that vulnerability, when expressed with intention, is its own form of power. Together, their work invites audiences not simply to observe, but to consider their role as witness – and what it means to receive another person’s truth.

Continuing our series on Jean-Luc Godard’s unmade and abandoned projects, we present a double bill of films by Jean-Pierre Melville and Godard exploring war, occupation, resistance, and the possibility of reconciliation.

The programme is accompanied by two sublime short films, including Notre musique/Séquence 23, co-directed by Simone Bitton and Godard’s nephew, Paul Grivas, who worked closely with his uncle from 2003 onwards.

The screening will be introduced by Paul Grivas, followed by a discussion and Q&A.
