Rose season is one of the highlights of the gardening calendar and our recent visit to RHS Wisley certainly didn’t disappoint. 🌹
The Bowes-Lyon Rose Garden was a feast for the senses, filled with beautiful blooms in shades of pink, peach, red, cream, white and sunshine yellow. The fragrance drifting through the garden was simply wonderful.
Walking amongst the roses brought back so many childhood memories of spending summers in my grandparents’ garden. My grandfather took great pride in his prize-winning roses, and I can still remember their vibrant colours, beautiful scents and the bees busily moving from flower to flower.
We also took along some of our rose-themed phone cases, which looked perfectly at home amongst the blooms. 📱🌹
