I’m Milly, one of the founders of ByRuby. When I had my first baby, my sisters filled my freezer for me and I couldn’t have been more grateful for a stash of nourishing food, ready whenever I needed it in the sleep deprived early days.

Ruby and I started ByRuby so that more people could feel the way I did when my sisters batch cooked for me. Seriously special, handmade food crafted from the best quality ingredients and freshly frozen to lock in all the goodness and flavour.

Now my children are 8, 7 and 5 - the need is very much still there and it’s wonderful to see them heartily tuck into their favourite lasagne, fish pie or macaroni cheese when I fancy a night off from cooking.

I hope that our delicious food gives you, or somebody who needs it, a bit of respite without guilt or compromise in the way we intended right from the start ✨
