Want to learn how to DJ?Â
We’re running a beginner DJ workshop for 16–25 year olds on 22 July at Hackney Downs Studios.
Whether you’re completely new to DJing or have been curious to give it a go, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive space where learning, experimentation and community come first.
We’ll be getting hands-on with the equipment, breaking down the basics, exploring how DJs blend tracks and build energy, and creating a relaxed space to learn, experiment and ask questions.
It’s also a chance to meet other young people into music, discover new sounds and become part of a growing community of DJs, selectors and music lovers.
Presented by Subtle Radio in partnership with Beatport, with support from Youth Music.
Spaces are limited.
A £10 refundable booking deposit is required to secure your place and will be returned when you attend.
