Here is the thing - I come from a corporate background.

In that industry we are taught to develop trainings to very high standards and these trainings need to pass certain requirements.

Through the years I’ve developed and delivered trainings to :

1. Senior Management

2. C-suite

3. High profile enterprises

I’ve worked with a lot of accreditation bodies to understand and learn their criteria of assessing.

When I came to the coaching industry one of the things which shocked me was the fact that there was no regulation body in place.

No criteria.

No standard.

Through my coaching work again I started working with high profile entrepreneurs and found out that there are some standards in place but they need to be more reinforced.

Two days ago I spoke with a very high profile entrepreneur , someone who is dominating the industry and they confirmed that the industry is heading the accredited way.

I was so pleased to hear this.

Accreditation is not just a logo.

It is not just a name.

It is a standard.

It is a criteria.

It is a knowledge .

It also showcase your business to various platform and the way you do work.

Accreditation can quite literally make your business explode 💥

For this week we are on a mission to show people why running your business as an organisation and adding different legs to it is powerful thing.

In the weekend we have attended amazing workshop with some amazing thought leaders on new trends in business and organisations.

Few important things we discussed were :

1. The importance of investment in your development

2. The importance of seeing the business as an organisation

3. The way to step up in sales

So why is it important to run your business as an organisation.

Running your business as an organisation , enables you to create independent business , not dependant business which takes all your energy and you have no left for fun times.

Running your business as an organisation helps you create the so called critical mass, which is vital for you as a business owner if you see owning and running a business for a long run.

Running your business as an organisation helps you develop more legs to your business and make your business independently sufficient.

Running your business as an organisation helps you reach the 6 and 7 figures turnover.

If you are in business , it’s important to be proactive in August.

Yes you can take it slower and relax , but make sure you keep the activities going.

If you are a corporate and executive coach and trainer, take the time to put your proposals in place, do your business researches and make your strategy stronger for September .

This morning I had three of my clients sending proposals to medium enterprises and one of them has already been booked for a consultation.

I alone have been booked for 4 trainings this month before the big September.

The way you smash it in September depends on how you will plan August.
