As of 1/02/2024 (Today) Battery only set ups can be purchased completely VAT free.

That means for those of you that already have solar panels, and would like to add some storage, you will save 20% of the total cost by not paying VAT!

Also, it's great news for those of you who may not have a property / roof suitable for solar panels and would like to invest in battery storage, so that you can take advantage of the cheap night time tariffs now available from some energy retailers.

In summary, great news all round and the opportunity extended to people to save money that were previously having to foot the extra cost!
