If you attempt to do a program for a 25 year old with no kids, no real responsibilities, no business and who can sleep 9 hours uninterrupted.
It’s not going to be sustainable.
No one said you should’t train hard.
But you are going to need to manage sessions and training with a far longer view.
I know I’ve done both.
I’m 36 next month… 22-25 year old me was made of rubber.
Accepting that you are a finite being and training in a way that leaves a little in the legs for the next session will serve you far better…
If you want a full body program that you can get to grips with that is built off my expirience…
