NEW mhd tuning update:

UPDATE to B58O1 maps (boost control and timing adjustments. We also updated S63 F9x maps (load limiters, boost control)

A torque limiter was fixed on 45e hybrid cars preventing the hybrid boost to kick in fully.

To get latest maps and bug fixes simply update app and flash again.

✓ Updated S63 F9x OTS maps: adjusted load limiters, improved boost control.
✓ Fixed a torque limiter issue with hybrid (PHEV) B58tu M1 engines (45e vehicles).
✓ Generate update bin now also exports the corresponding prefilled mapswitch base file.
✓ Fixed missing TCU logging channels on some vehicles.
✓ Fixed various app bugs / crashes.
