Remember, taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.
It's World Mental Health Awareness Week and this year's theme is anxiety.
6 in 10 of us will likely experience anxiety at some point in our lives, but it's important to prioritize our mental state and seek help when needed.
Tune in daily as we open up the conversation and increase awareness and understanding of mental health.
Let's break the stigma and create a supportive community together, share some advice in the comments on how you look after your mental health.

Notes from | Reformer & Yoga Instructor
My Psycle journey started as part of the Studio Team, often found quietly powering out shakes in Energy Kitchen and worrying about how red I looked after riding (swipe to the end to see a highlight.)
I did my Yoga training at a time when I needed something else in my life. Coming from a dance background that step would naturally navigate to something involving movement, and it began my teaching journey.
Joining the Reformer team last year has been great - new challenges, new community, and a whole load of focus and commitment from you. I'm blown away by the dedication brought to those beds.
During lockdown I really understood how necessary movement was for me. Countless walks around my beloved south London kept me sane - shout out to Peckham Rye Park, who really has seen it all!
Now and then it reminds me how a simple bit of movement can completely transform my headspace.
I love continuing to learn alongside you all, now happily representing the tomato face!
Thank you for showing up and trusting me each time. It means a lot ❤️

Notes From | Notting Hill Barre opening weekend.
I am so excited to bring Barre to Notting Hill!
Being both a Barre and Ride Instructor, I can't express enough how these workouts compliment each other, which is why I am so looking forward to introducing Barre to the Notting Hill Community.
Barre really challenges the body and mind to work to the absolute maximum. What I love most about Psycle Barre is that we scream, shout, shake and swear our way through it!
The amazing, powerful and committed community we have built at our other Barre studios blows my mind every day and I can't wait to create a new amazing team of Barre addicts at Notting Hill!
Teaching on opening weekend was so exciting, the studio had unbelievable energy (and lots of shaking!). The class was full of people who had never tried Barre, regulars at the Barre and people I hadn't seen in years who wanted to come back for more burn.
The one goal they all had was to experience the wild journey that is Psycle Barre and seeing all the smiles and sweat at the end just filled me with happiness!
I am so excited for more fire in the Notting Hill studio and can't wait to see you at the Barre soon!
