Co-living scheme approval in LB Newham
We are thrilled to have led the design team on LB Newham’s first detailed approval for co-living with our Asburton Terrace scheme which comprises 175 beds in the heart of Plaistow for Landhold Developments Ltd. The co-living offer comes with affordable workspace, residential amenity spaces including a cafe, gym, cinema and business lounge, landscape roof terraces as well as ground floor landscaping and wider landscaped street improvements to the public realm.

Thrilled to have secured approval last night for our Wood Green timber yard site. The scheme will provide 36 high quality new homes within two residential blocks of up to five storeys fronting onto the High Road; and a three storey mews building to the rear, fronting onto Neville Close.
The proposals have been carefully designed to repair the street frontage and to mediate between the edge of the Trinity Gardens conservation area to the south and the mixed-use area to the north and to protect views through to nearby heritage assets.

Islington Approval – We’re delighted to have secured approval for our proposals 270-285 Hornsey Road at Islington’s Planning Committee last night. Our scheme with non-residential space at ground floor and 23 mixed tenure new homes, offers much improved frontage which properly addresses and marks the important pedestrian connection through to Andover Estate.
