A new for the start of the week. Not perfect but I’ll work on it :) really made me focus on how to play double strokes on the bass drum. Let me know if any of you out there found it useful. Happy practicing!

Love warming up with Wilcoxon marches; hi-hat keeping the pulse, bass drum on accents. Great for tightening unisons and polishing foot technique. Happy 🥁
