Big news! 🎉

We’re delighted to welcome Group, the largest business and commercial bank in the UK, as a Movement to Work member - joining our network of employers committed to tackling youth employment.

NatWest Group is already doing incredible work to support young people into meaningful careers— through their Elevate Apprenticeship programme, they offer young people aged 16-24 from low socio-economic communities the opportunity to start their career in banking whilst gaining an apprenticeship qualification.

Since 2020 NatWest Group has offered more than 700 young people permanent roles through this wonderful apprenticeship programme. With thousands of young people facing barriers to work in the UK, we know that real opportunities can change lives.
