Here’s how I spent day THREE of the Easter break as a 30 something teacher who JUST CAN’T do nothing.
Daily goals:
- hit my step count
- move my body in a way that feels good
- prioritise whole foods
- get outside in nature
- plenty of doggy cuddles

To be honest, these daily goals don’t differ too much from when I am in school, but I acknowledge I am privileged to have time for a lot of these things. What do you try to prioritise daily?
