Everyone told us it was impossible. But…

We got planning!! 🎉 This is a two story rear extension to a Grade II listed building in Maida Vale conservation area overlooking locally protected housing. Including some pretty substantial internal alterations. That’s another pretty tricky combo we’ve successfully ticked ✅ off! Listed building consent also received of course!

We’re pretty chuffed with this one. Not going to lie, even me, in my eternal optimism, was borderline unsure we would be successful… but with hard work from the whole team, resilience and an amazing client we achieve the ‘impossible’ once more. The Westminster planning team were particularly hard work this time… ⭐ ⭐ but we got there in the end.
