Title: Freelance Desktop Support Technician for a 3-month project in the Netherlands

Overview:

We are looking for a Freelance Desktop Support Technician to provide local and remote desktop support for a 3-month project in the Netherlands. The technician will be responsible for providing Break Fixes, fault diagnosis and resolution, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues. The candidate should have experience in providing desktop support for a range of operating systems and platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Provide local and remote desktop support for end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
- Provide Break Fix, fault diagnosis, and resolution
- Document steps performed to resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with end-users to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician
- Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and various other desktop applications
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work on-site in the Netherlands for the duration of the project
