We are looking for a highly organised, dependable, and hands-on Executive Assistant & Office
Manager to support both professional and personal administrative operations while ensuring the
smooth day-to-day running of the office environment.

The Role
This is a trusted, multi-functional role combining executive support, office management,
coordination, and hospitality responsibilities.
You will be responsible for keeping operations running seamlessly, managing administrative
priorities, coordinating with external service providers, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and partners.

The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, highly organised, and comfortable handling a wide
variety of responsibilities independently.
