Broken shower enclosure and badly fitted tray that were causing damp underfloor and mould on the ceiling were removed and new kit fitted and tested along with ceiling repaired and painted with anti mould paint
Ready to use by Properfix Co Ltd

Properfix Co Ltd team attended to this property to solve damp on the inside wall and found that the existing floor concrete outside was loose and separated from the wall ,also paving slabs sloping towards the property
Levels were corrected and waterproof concrete was pour to protect this wall .
