SPELLING HACK: Remember the difference between 'affect' and 'effect' with this simple trick: 🅰️ffect is usually a 🅰️ction (verb) while 🅴ffect is usually a r🅴sult (noun). So: 'The weather affected my mood' but 'The effect of the weather on my mood was significant.' Mastering these commonly confused words can earn you valuable marks in your GCSE English exams!
