Favourite thing about being a health/fitness coach: Improving peoples lives by making them fitter, healthier and stronger. Both mentally and physically, creating good habits and everlasting changes.
What do you believe is the most important thing to help you achieve your goals?: I need motivation, dedication and consistency. With these three things you can achieve anything.
Fact about you that would surprise people?: Iβm super flexible. Even with muscle, you can be super flexible with consistency.
Favourite training style and why? Full body splits working the anterior one day on the posture another day. This type of training is very effective to boost conditioning and the metabolic rate increase.
